- Captar nuevos clientes de su segmento y asegurar una correcta implementación de los mismos, para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de Pure Field
- Contribuir a la estrategia de negocio de Pure Field, a partir del análisis del potencial del mercado y de la competencia.
- Desarrollar y gestionar los prospectos con el objetivo de generar nuevo negocio.
- Planificar y ejecutar planes de acción orientados al cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y semanales acordados con su responsable, como parte de la estrategia de Pure Field.
- Preparar y presentar propuestas de valor a clientes existentes y futuros clientes, y negociar las condiciones de los diferentes acuerdos. Planificar y ejecutar planes de acción orientados al cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y semanales acordados con su manager.
- Establecer y ejecutar planes de fidelización de nuestros clientes a partir de:
- Preparar la información y documentación referente a los clientes de Pure Field para asegurar la fiabilidad de los datos y el correcto reporte de la información.
- Desarrollar y mantener una efectiva relación de trabajo con otros departamentos, para garantizar el mejor servicio al cliente y la máxima contribución al negocio.
- Valorable formación Universitaria.
- Aportar formación en técnicas de ventas, negociación y realización de presentaciones de alto impacto.
- Idiomas: castellano y catalán avanzado
- Nivel de usuario avanzado del paquete Office, especialmente de herramientas de presentación. Si es interno, además SFM.
- Experiencia consolidada de al menos 3 años en captación de nuevo negocio y clientes, negociación y realización de presentaciones en un segmento de mercado similar.
- Imprescindible carnet de conducir.

La misión del puesto será desarrollar el negocio de presencialmente en la zona asignada a partir de la captación de nuevos clientes fidelizando e incrementándolas líneas de negocio para este segmento.
