Better starts and ends with the customer

We'll be looking for you to grow the business in your region by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents.

We'll want you to meet and exceed your sales targets through managing the end-to-end sales process for independents, including selling the complete product portfolio, including the whole agent implementation phase.

You will also manage, motivate, coach and mentor Territory Sales Executives within the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

You will support agent activation and regularly visit high performing locations and be responsible for the Agent lifecycle for all independents in your territory.

We'll need you to have previous relevant experience in sales with a proven track record in exceeding targets. You'll have a good knowledge of products and agents in the money transfer industry.

You'll use your interpersonal skills to negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and build trust and confidence with them.

Ideally, you will be educated to degree level and have at least 7 years of experience.
