- Imprescindible formación universitaria, valorable en el ámbito científico-sanitario.
- Mínimo experiencia de 8 años como PM.
- Valorable máster en marketing farmacéutico o MBA.
- Experiencia previa en productos OTC de gran consumo de categorías similares.
- Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Coordinación con marketing global para asegurar la correcta implementación de la estrategia de marketing en el país dentro de la categoría y marcas asignadas.
- Dotar a la red de ventas de herramientas que les permitan alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
- Cumplir las normas de gestión de residuos, con las buenas prácticas ambientales en su puesto de trabajo, así como cualquier otro requerimiento de la dirección i/o persona responsable del sig con el fin de adecuar y cumplir con los requisitos legales y otros requisitos aplicables.
- Comunicar posibles mejoras ambientales a implantar o bien detección de irregularidades detectadas.
- Participación en la elaboración y seguimiento del plan de Marketing.
- Análisis de mercados y consumidor.
- Estructuración de contenidos de material de apoyo a red de ventas (prospectos, folletos, posters, etc).
- Preparación de acciones comerciales.
- Propuestas de acciones de Marketing en base a presupuesto.
- Planificación de acciones y establecimiento de prioridades con agencias de comunicación.
- Coordinación con Trade Marketing para acciones de activación.
- Formación y apoyo a red de ventas.
- Seguimiento KPIs comerciales (Ventas, rentabilidad, ROI, etc).
- Previsión de ventas en base análisis de datos CRM.
- Colaboración en desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
- Representación de la compañía en ferias y congresos.
