    Manager Media Relations - Madrid or Barcelona

    What your responsibilities will be

    • You will establish close working relationships with key media to ensure Grifols is properly portrayed in coverage in line with our strategy, values and corporate narrative
    • You will develop and edit media materials including press releases, fact sheets, press kit, talking points for spokesperson
    • Partner with internal departments to stay on top of developments that could be media opportunities
    • Establish outreach plan for different media cohorts including financial, business, health, innovation, etc.
    • Ensure the company is adhering to best practices in terms of spokesperson development and media engagement
    • Manage our media agency relationships
    • Handle the daily media monitoring and sharing coverage with key internal stakeholders in a timely manner

    • You have a Bachelors' degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field and/or relevant experience
    • You have proficiency in English or are a native English speaker
    • A good level of Spanish is desirable
    • You bring experience in communications or journalism, within the economics / finantial sector .
    • You have excellent writing skills and experience editing and writing, with the ability to create stories based on more complex/technical topic
