    Job Title: Property General Manager
    Salary: €45,000 gross per annum+ bonus
    Location: Valencia Spain

Then this is for you

    Responsabilities

    • Day to day management of the residence team, including contractors, supporting their learning and development.
    • Guarantee customer satisfaction in the residence
    • Ensure minimum budgeted occupancy year-on-year together with the sales and marketing team
    • Oversee the Systems team to ensure all data entered by the team is correct and viable
    • Responsible for maintaining health and safety standards and statutory testing of the residence
    • Training of the team to keep them up to date with changing responsibilities, legislation and obligations.
    • Manage and report on the P&L of the residence each month, minimising costs where possible

    The ideal candidate

    • Graduated from a Hospitality Management studies or related
    • Previous experience in pre-openings is a plus
    • Knowledge of the local market
    • Proven track record of managing a building and high budgets
    • Experience with local rental regulations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in spanish and English
