    The Role & Responsibilities:

    We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become part of our dynamic and vibrant team. The key responsibilities of this role include:

    • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and ensuring exceptional service delivery remains the top priority.
    • Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks set by the management.
    • Taking complete ownership of all customer cases and seeing them through to resolution, including scheduling follow-ups to keep customers informed.
    • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
    • Handling and safeguarding sensitive information, such as medical reports, in compliance with data privacy regulations (particularly GDPR).
    • Becoming an expert in all relevant tools and processes, with willingness to seek guidance from supervisors when necessary.
    • Collaborating with other departments as needed to address customer concerns effectively.
    • Working Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 16:45h.

    What we are seeking:

    Education & Work Experience:

    • Prior experience in Customer Service, preferably in a Contact Center or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a quick grasp of new software applications.
    • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
    • Proficiency in Polish.

    • Excellent communication abilities, both internally and with customers, including the capacity to empathize with individuals in challenging situations.

    • Team player mindset, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
    • Discretion in managing confidential information.
    • Resilience to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
