    The key account analyst will enhance the performance of Retail by monitoring main channel kpi's, supporting KAM's by bringing higher level of analysis, planification, coordination, and sales content (presentations, support to specific projects, sales incentive coordination); and making sure of the normal progress of the business as the key link for S&OP, finances and within the Off Premise department.

    Retail channel monitoring:

    • Sell-in monitoring.
    • In & out specific focus monitoring.
    • Leaflet presence analysis (Focus tool).
    • Secondary placement monitoring by customer (Drive).
    • Occasions implementation monitoring (prepacked displays)
    • Forecast scenario coordination (BP, FRE, SRE).
    • Provisions coordination and monitoring.
    • Flightbook analysis and comments.
    • Consolidate retail monthly highlights
    • Retail promo plan consolidation

    KAM support:

    • CPM key user – backup: implement revised volumes by month/sku , add conditions and volumes to new sku codes, register promo conditions.
    • Presentations support.
    • Specific customer projects with %MS impact.
    • Deep dive into customer sell-out to ensure perfect understanding.
    • Coordinate sales incentives
    • RGM strategy planning & coordination

    Business link with main stakeholders:

    • Be the link in the S&OP internal process.
    • Be the link with finances/controlling.
    • Be the link within the Off Premise business unit.
    • Be the link with AECOC.
    • Coordinate team meetings and events.

    Requisitos

    • University Degree Economics, Business Administration or similar
    • Fluent english, written and spoken
    • Strategic & innovative
    • Strong planning skills
    • Effective negotiation skills
    • Problem solving
    • Presentation skills
    • Analyze sales & consumer data
    • Financial systems SAP/BI
    • Interpersonal skills

    Experience

    • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand market trends and financial statements
    • Data driven personality
    • Very good command of Microsoft Excel and data tools
    • Experience in previous FMCG data analytic roles
    • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and trade is a plus
