Senior Fp&a Analyst Coordinator Madrid Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES Adecco is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst Coordinator for a major US multinational beverage company.

This position is a member of the Finance and Strategy

• Global Brands team reporting to the FP&A Director.

Key responsibilities include management of monthly reporting processes, partnering with FP&A Director on strategic planning process, and driving continual improvement within the role.

This role also coordinates two finance analysts in FP&A Manager absence ensuring that the Global Brand and Finance leadership teams receive the insight required to deliver financial results while optimizing decisions across the business.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate a team of 2 people in FP&A Manager absenceDirect the annual planning calendar and ensure coordination of deliverables & deadlines across the FP&A communityCoordinate monthly reporting & analysis of financial results to the President of Brands & leadership teamLead 3-year strategic planning process for the Global Brands organization, including Visitor Centers P&Ls, Brand House A&P and opex, and management of costs & rates for our internal agencyDevelop analytics on innovation pipeline, looking at total portfolio, understanding financial performance and OTC.

Drive continual improvement of reporting and processes with the goal of delivering consistent, timely, and value-added analysis of management resultsQualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Years of experience: 4 5 years of corporate finance experienceLevel of experience: Previous budgeting/planning & financial analysis experience required.

Experience with Business Objects, SAP, EPM (BPC) preferred. Industry experienceExperience in CPG preferred- Strong language skills fluent in written & spoken EnglishTravel %- #J-18808-Ljbffr
