- Participate in the end to end product development lifecycle of our products to identify and address potential quality gaps and opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate on POCs to evaluate new technologies that can be adopted by our teams following industry agile quality principles.
- Extensive experience in the quality landscape with a track record of implementing effective quality strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of quality methodologies, tools, and best practices in the industry.
- Deep understanding on how to apply the agile quality principles to modern product development.
- Strong experience in Agile, Lean and DevOps principles like CI/CD.
- A passion for product development processes, methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate and mentor a team of quality engineers.

As a Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, championing, and maintaining quality standards and practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality iGaming products in collaboration with our cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for a proactive and seasoned quality professional who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment, and is passionate about continuous improvement across the end to end of the product development lifecycle.
A deep understanding of the iGaming industry is desirable, as your insights and experience will be crucial in tailoring and evolving our Quality strategy in alignment with both industry standards and business domain and needs.
