SCIB IT is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager
based in our Málaga office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Operational Excellence Manager will be part of the SCIB Global Team in the Service & Delivery Management.

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will play an important role in defining & implemented a Quality Framework to ensure a smooth operation and continuous improvement of our service delivery.

You will be responsible for managing improvement processes, implementing lean methodologies, tracking KPI ́s and facilitating improvements across our stakeholders.

Your positive, respectful, and constructive communication skills with adaptability to balance individual and group stakes and manage uncertainty will help you to acquire an overview of our service operations.

With your coordination skills, you will act as bridge between IT teams and countries fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Define & implement SCIB Global Quality Framework, to ensure the right level of data quality, to measure an indicator which truly reflects the services we are providing.
  • Lead process management initiatives, help prioritizing and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPI ́s) analyzing data to identify trend and areas of improvement like changes / support and training.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with the SCIB domains to act as an interface between business and IT teams.
  • Lead the transformation on the way of working across our organization.
  • Drives continuous improvement operational requirements and translates these into actions for quality and processes improvement by interacting with employees and other teams
  • Creates and track an Operational Excellence maturity model within SCIB Global Organization.

EXPERIENCE

  • Have experience setting high expectations, reporting and analyzing KPI ́s at an executive level
  • Working knowledge of structured problem solving tools (DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, Kaizen, Process Mapping, 5S, Fishbone, etc.)
  • Proven strength in problem solving and advance data/statistical analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience changing the IT operations process & procedures.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, IT Engineering or similar. Master's degree in finance, Business or Computer Science is an advantage

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Be innovative and creative, to suggest improvement actions.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean

  • Have a good communication & collaboration ability.

  • Team and Stakeholders Management
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
JOB-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in process improvement, based on Data Driven Model.
  • Experience in defining an IT Quality Model.

Maintains updated corporate tools dedicated to SW catalogue management and ensures linkage to alternative platforms, keeping records of those processes.
