    The role

    We are looking for a System Engineer for our office in Skopje, who would join a team of open-minded and personable people, who love to work on web development. You will play an important role in managing, monitoring and ensuring the highest levels of availability, scalability, performance and security across all our systems and infrastructure. While being responsible for installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, VPN setups, software applications and system management tools, also engaging with containerization and orchestration technologies, applying Kubernetes expertise to streamline deployment and scaling of our applications.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specialization in Systems Engineering, or a related field
    • 3 – 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer or a comparable role
    • Experience in operating Java-based web applications, specifically familiarity with managing and troubleshooting systems like Adobe Experience Manager or other / similar content management systems
    • Ability to support and manage and optimize CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Nexus within Kubernetes environments
    • Experience with hosting environments provisioning and management, especially Linux-based systems
    • Experience with deploying, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, working with cloud service platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
    • Knowledge of networking technologies and experience with network configuration and cabling with FortiGate
    • Willingness to resolve IT support requests and provide technical assistance
    • C1 – C2 level of proficiency in English language
    • The ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex issues
    • The ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
    • Willingness to take on various tasks and participate in customer projects as needed

    It's an advantage if you have experience with

    • Basic knowledge of project management and experience working under a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Management experience with tools as Confluence and Jira in order to administer and support and foster effective team collaboration and project tracking
    • Management experience with tools like Azure
