The Team:

You will be joining the Internal IT team, based in Madrid OR Munich and part of the global IT Team as well as being responsible as 1st contact person for administrative / infrastructure tasks and projects.

The Role:

As Celonis continues to grow we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, pragmatic and "Team Player" IT Systems Engineer to join us and take ownership of Infrastructure
- and related IT systems for the business. It's a role where you will have great impact, autonomy and visibility across the wider IT team with many opportunities for learning and development.

The work you'll do:

Administration of all internal IT infrastructure systems
VMware/Hyper-V/Bare Metal
Azure related systems
Client & Server Patch Management
Client Device Management (Intune)
Middleware (e.g. SQL)
Certificate Management
Fitout of new offices, including Video Conferencing systems and followme printer solutions
Collaboration Tools: Slack/O365/Google Workspace/Zoom
Automation of different tasks over Powershell to create more "Scalability"
Resolve, transfer or escalate 2nd level IT tickets raised by internal employees
Continuous optimization of the digital workplace at Celonis
Building Enterprise technologies together with our System Engineers located around the globe
Follow and ensure the global valid Celonis IT infrastructure standards
Develop documentation/user/project guides for employees and administrators

The qualifications you need:

- +3 years experience in a similar role and in-depth knowledge of infrastructure management

Broad knowledge in a Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Azure)
Knowledge in the administration of Linux systems
Knowledge in the administration and use of GitHub repositories
Knowledge in an Apple environment
Knowledge in Google Workspace
Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
Scripting Knowledge in Powershell
Knowledge in IT Project management
Knowledge in Virtualization technologies VMWare
Basic Knowledge in Firewall systems and security systems
Microsoft O365 knowledge including Teams
You are holding basic certifications for the mentioned skills
You are generally working autonomously and are able to act cross functionally
First touchpoints with the ITIL framework
Business fluency in English and German language skills (B1 +) as a strong plus
