    About the role

    Dyson is looking for a Merchandising Specialist - someone with flair, attention to detail and digital capability to manage web content implementation.

    The Web Content Administrator is responsible for the authoring and maintenance of content for the Iberia websites, including spares and accessories, troubleshooting journeys product support pages and the new section : newsroom.

    He or She will have the opportunity to build their skills in ecommerce, developing their knowledge and capability within a globally recognised technology brand.

    Function Overview

    The Digital Team at Dyson is responsible for all digital touchpoints with our end customers and comprises the areas of direct business web shop and media.

    Accountabilities

    Implementing merchandising content across a range of Dyson platforms, with primary focus on ,

    Working with the Ecommerce and marketing teams to brief content requirements to our in-house and 3rd party creative teams.

    Ensuring accuracy of translations.

    Monitoring website performance and suggesting improvements to content and layout to maximize traffic and sales opportunities.

    Assist the Digital Marketing team to ensure web traffic is being directed to the correct landing pages on and

    Working closely with marketing and category teams to make sure content is reviewed and amended correctly, in line with Dyson brand guidelines

    Support the Ecommerce and Digital team with ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to website data analysis and reporting.

    Coordinate website stock levels with Logistic department

    Organise and coordinate specific Ecommerce projects with our central or third party, including payments, AB testing, etc.

    Responsible for implement, support and lead the Newsroom section.

    Provide ad hoc support for other Dyson channels, regarding website assets (imagery, text, specifications etc)

    Ensure SEO guidelines and hygiene are applied.

    Audit Owner journeys and implement owner's roadmap.

    Ensure accessories journeys and implement according to forecast.

    Audit Onsite Search and update implementation accordingly with the trading updates

    About you

    First experience in working within enterprise content management systems and some experience around web content creation (AEM and Hybris desirable).

    Confident with Microsoft Office.

    Experience working with image compression / editing tools such as Photoshop.

    Demonstrate engagement and enthusiasm towards working in a digital role.

    Strong communicator, in both Spanish and English, and be able to articulate problems, solutions and results to all levels of the business.

    Team player and show willing to learn, explore and develop their knowledge of ecommerce / digital.

    Hands-on mentality.
