We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who enjoys a challenge and would like to join our Omnichannel Team based in Madrid and working together with other Business Analysts while the Trading & Operations Manager is on maternity leave.

The main mission of the role will be reporting and analyzing available data to drive sales and enable the e-Merchandising team to take best actions and opportunities for the business.

Profile:

Your role will be:

Analysing opportunities to uncover actionable insights to maximize sales, focusing on influencing merchandising on regional opportunities
Supporting the Business Analyst in preparing weekly trade reports and streamlining the process through automation
Monitoring warehouses allocations partnering with Supply team and providing input on allocation directions and potential rebalancing between locations to drive down costs
Optimizing internal search engine

What is important for the role:

Previous experience of at least 2 years in analytical positions in a Merchandising or e-Commerce department
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
Curious with a positive and cando attitude; attention to detail
Experience using Google Analytics and PowerBI
Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
Advanced level of English & Spanish
