Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Analyzing website and marketing data to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Prioritizing optimization areas to improve the online shopping experience.
  • Conducting A/B tests, interpreting results, and making datadriven recommendations.
  • Collaborating with development and design teams to implement changes.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce optimization.
  • Developing and executing a testing roadmap to measure impact on revenue.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation to streamline optimization efforts.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects based on potential revenue impact.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce optimization, A/B testing, or web analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Optimizely, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs.
