    Tu misión:

    La misión es implementar las estrategias de VM definidas por la empresa y así asegurar que el producto por exposición sigue las directrices creadas por el departamento para maximizar las ventas.

    ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

    • Analizar a través del cash mapping el display VM y las ventas.
    • Apoyar a las tiendas para entender y aplicar los cambios y modificaciones de VM.
    • Analizar la distribución y rentabilidad del pedido y colocación de mobiliario para mejorar los objetivos.
    • Formar al equipo en VM.
    • Preparar salas de exposición cuando sea necesario.
    • Preparar y apoyar eventos de VM como aperturas de líneas cuando sea necesario.
    • Apoyar nuevas aperturas, franquicias y corners.
    • Detectar necesidades de PLV: informar al equipo de Producto y al Area Manager de la zona.
    • Cuidado y mantenimiento del material asignado por zona.
    • Enviar cada 1 o 2 semanas los informes de las visitas.
    • Presentarás tu informe: VM Manager y Windows Manager y al Area Manager de la zona.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiencia mínima de 3 año como VM

    El puesto requiere:

    • Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad en los desplazamientos
    • Trabajo en equipo
    • Organización y planificación
    • Pensamiento creativo
    • Análisis de tiendas y situaciones
    • Iniciativa y productividad
    • Toma de decisiones

    Idiomas requeridos:

    • Nivel alto de inglés (deseable).
