- You'll support the Head of CRM and Content with the strategic planning and developing creative marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business revenues.
- Drive change, adopting new communication channels and capabilities/platforms to reach above industry-standard retention rates given the unique positioning of DAZN Bet.
- Responsible for coordinating, analysing and optimizing all marketing activities to drive conversion, retention and growth.
- Working with the CMS and other creative tools (Bannerflow), as well as our creative agency, to brief and/or produce compelling and on-brand promotional creative assets to complement onsite and offsite user experience.
- Working with the CMS, ensure that all onsite content is accurate and scheduled to align with key opportunities, events and customer trends, driving engagement and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Devise and implement a series of comprehensive quality assurance processes to ensure that all live content is compliant and accurate.
- Understand and manage the sports schedule to define daily content strategies and priorities which will drive engagement by maximising our communication assets across all customer touchpoints.
- Where required, support with the building of manual sportsbook markets, to be displayed and promoted onsite and in-app.
- Working with the CRM (Optimove) and core platform tools (PAM/CMS), you will devise, configure and test new promotional mechanics and build player segments, designed to optimise engagement, player value and customer experience.
- Develop creative promotions and execute personalized campaigns using relevant communication channels to guarantee customer satisfaction and drive business revenues.
- Experienced professional with minimum 5 years' experience within the online gaming industry across CRM and Content – preferably with interest in both Sportsbook & Casino.
- A proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment.
- Someone with passion for sport, in particular football, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports.
- Professional with experience in operating CRM tools (, Optimove, Salesforce or any other tools) and other tools like CMS. Experience with Optimove is a plus.
- Comfortable with high-level, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail.
- Someone who will put business performance at the heart of your approach, so you'll be passionate about driving results and meeting revenue targets.
- Experience of managing customer lifecycle campaigns and delivering customer loyalty/retention. Someone with proven record of increasing revenue through new & innovative CRM campaigns.
- Smart, creative and bold, but at the same time highly data-driven and analytical individual to evaluate marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of operating markets is crucial: local gambling regulations, advertisement restrictions and marketing possibilities.

Ensuring a safe betting experience for sports fans across multiple regulated markets, whilst being able to enjoy their favourite sports via live streaming.As Senior CRM & Content Executive – Spain, you'll strategically plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns to deliver customer engagement, retention and reactivation. Your focus will be on planning and configuring effective campaigns, monitoring performance, implementing personalization through automation, and staying ahead of industry trends. Our objective is to provide unique and innovative customer experiences through tailored engagement. Ultimately, your role will contribute to building effective customer relationships, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring the successful delivery of our CRM and content strategy in the locally regulated Spanish business.
