    Job Title

    Sales Operations & Process improvement Nexwave

    Business environment & Purpose

    Nexwave is a growth business incubation vehicle for uncertain adjacencies and diversification, serving the Horizon 3 Strategies of Travel Unit, Hospitality and Corporate Strategy. Nexwave is a recognized center of expertise to ensure consistent and rigorous de-risking of highly uncertain business opportunities by the company.

    Governance & Portfolio Office organization ensures that Nexwave's portfolio, governance and overall operations are managed efficiently and that highly professional services and support is delivered to key stakeholders in and beyond Nexwave.

    Your Main Responsibilities

    Common accountabilities :

    • Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
    • Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
    • Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

    Specific accountabilities :

    • SalesForce expert with Minimum 2 years experience

    Contract Administration

    • Responsible for the centralization, registration and quality check of all contractual documents prior to implementation and billing.
    • Responsible for process to activate implementation and billing for all products, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
    • Responsible for registering incoming documents and coordinate the legal validation and Amadeus signature.
    • Update and maintain the database of contracted and implemented products per customer.
    • Activation of implementation and billing processes of all products.

    Product Activation

    • Provide sales force with relevant order forms to activate post-cutover optional features in scope.
    • Responsible for the analysis, monitoring and release of all order forms resulting in the notification and activation of a product.
    • Assume Order Online Manager role for all products available online.
    • Update the database with contractual product information and activation.
    • Collect and update the database with Win/ Loss, whos' in charge and ad hoc request.

    Reporting tools and systems

    • Ensure timely and accurate CRM accounts management, quality of content, report preparation by the team.
    • Monitor effectiveness of training / adoption activities carried out by team for commercial teams.
    • Oversee, monitor, report and follow up on interfacing to other systems and tools to ensure timely resolution / escalation.
    • Ensure all the material and documentation needed to be compliant with the sales process is available for the sales force.

    Process improvement

    • Map, formalize and follow-up on processes associated with Nexwave portfolio (governance, SalesForce, Notion,...)
    • Identify and measure key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
    • Identify and support process improvement opportunities
    • Develop and promote tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance
    • Develop, implement and maintain a performance measurement and reporting system.
