    Hola

    Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como Sales Enablement Manager.

    Al habla Sesame HR, la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.

    Trabajamos para redefinir la experiencia laboral. Nuestra misión es facilitar el trabajo de managers y profesionales de RRHH para que puedan utilizar su tiempo para crear experiencias de empleado personalizadas y cuidar de sus equipos mientras la compañía sigue consiguiendo resultados de negocio excelentes.

    Es esencial que:

  • Tengas facilidad e interés en aprender cosas nuevas, así como una necesidad vital por mejorar las cosas y plantearte el estado actual de la herramienta.
  • Sepas trabajar en equipo, comunicarte y expresarte.
  • Sepas adaptarte a los cambios. Somos una startup así que... puedes esperar bastantes curvas

    • A nivel técnico es indispensable que tengas:

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en habilitación de ventas o desarrollo de equipos de ventas.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las técnicas y herramientas de habilitación de ventas.
  • Habilidades sólidas en análisis, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, tanto de forma escrita como verbal.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos.

    • ‍ ‍ ¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?

  • Desarrollar e implementar un programa de habilitación de ventas que incluya entrenamiento y desarrollo de habilidades, acceso a herramientas y recursos.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y otros departamentos relevantes para identificar y satisfacer sus necesidades.
  • Evaluar y mejorar continuamente el impacto y la efectividad de los programas de habilitación de ventas.
  • Proporcionar análisis y recomendaciones para mejorar el desempeño de ventas y aumentar la productividad.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y best practices en habilitación de ventas.

    • Y lo mejor del reto es que no estarás sol@ en esto trabajarás codo con codo con el equipo de Ventas.
