    Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby. We are now offering the exciting possibility to join our Commercial Excellence team as Global Pricing Manager.

    The Commercial Excellence team is responsible for driving programs related to increasing sales force efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.

    Key responsibilities

    As Global Pricing Manager you will be part of the Commercial Excellence team based in Gothenburg or Valencia and report to the Vice President of Commercial Excellence.

    You will be responsible and involved in projects of high commercial importance and have close interactions within our team as well as with Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management, Strategy & Corporate Development, Finance and Business Control and other functions as needed.


    Key responsibilities for this position include:
    Strategic Pricing Insights
    Conduct in-depth analyses of global market dynamics, competitor pricing, andcustomer behavior.
    Develop actionable insights to inform strategic pricing decisions for our portfolio of products and services.

    Customer Segmented Pricing Strategy
    Create and refine global customer segmentation pricing strategies and guidelines toalign with the diverse needs of various customer segments.
    Develop Entreprise wide portfolio pricing and rebating strategies tailored to different customer segments and product bundles.

    Pricing strategy implementationDesign and develop a pricing governance and approval model to ensure margin protection
    Lead cross-functional teams to implement change management initiatives for the defined pricing and discounting strategies
    Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.

    Digital Tools Implementation
    Collaborate with relevant teams to finetune and implement cutting-edge digital tools for pricing and quoting

    Pricing Analytics and Reporting
    Analyze pricing variations and trends, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines.
    Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making.
    Provide input on pricing performance to forecasting processes

    Pricing for Key Accounts
    Develop specialized enterprise pricing and enterprise wide portfolio contracting approaches for successful management of Key Accounts.
    Negotiate pricing agreements that align with the unique needs of key clients.

    Process Improvement Initiatives
    Represent the Global Sales & Marketing team in various process improvement projects.
    Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization


    This position requires:

    Bachelor's degree in business, biotechnology or similar 5 years' experience from similar roles or consulting experience within pricing field Demonstrated track-record and experience in delivering projects with relevant impact.

    Medical Device, Clinical Diagnostics, Pharma or Life Science experience is beneficial Proficient in English, Swedish and/or Spanish, both written and verbal Extensive global business acumen Digitally savvyWe have confidence in your ability to be organized and have a comprehensive understanding of the situation, which enables you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    You have the ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate key stakeholders across a wide range of seniority, work independently, and run projects from beginning to end.

    We believe you have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage and be the interface of cross-functional teams effectively.

    You are action-orientated and highly motivated to bring company to the next level, willing to challenge status quo and push the teams' ambitions.

    Assuming responsibility and taking the initiative is not an issue for you, and you can make informed decisions when necessary.

    You are adept at setting strategic objectives, as well as effectively managing time and resources.

    You find analyzing data and detecting patterns enjoyable, and you stay up-to-date with market trends and recognize potential business opportunities.

    This is permanent, full-time position mainly based in one of our offices in Gothenburg or Valencia. International travels will be part of the position.
