The Role
We are looking for a super creative and ambitious business and partnerships developer, ideally with already some startup or recruitment experience, and hands-on in identifying and prospecting new accounts, networking on startup events, analyzing market trends, and supporting the launch of our new recruitment solution.

Low fixed + Commission Based?Yes, not usual. But if it goes well, you could make a piece of every single invoice you help generate, so you could build unlimited and quite interesting revenue for yourself.
Now, we are all getting paid based on success fees, and it's going quite fine.
We are bootstrap, brave, and ambitious, so we trust this is transitory until we establish ourselves as the main marketplace/agency for non-tech roles in Europe and South America.
So if you need a high fixed salary now, or can't stand working based on success fees, this is not the best moment to join us.
