We're looking for a Head of Loyalty to join our Marketing team. At Skyscanner, we're on a mission to help every traveller to explore our world effortlessly.

As we continue to grow the audience we serve, it's critical that we build relationships with our travellers that create reasons to return directly, time and time again.

We're looking for an experienced marketeer to shape, define and deliver our loyalty strategy, with an ambition to greatly increase our direct relationships, drive retention and increase customer lifetime value.


In this role you'll be responsible for developing and marketing propositions that deliver exclusive value and an enhanced experience for travellers engaged in a direct relationship with Skyscanner.

It's an amazing opportunity to add value to every aspect of the traveller experience - from helping customers to explore and find the best deals, to market leading features that support travellers as they plan their trip.

It's a global role that spans our multiple product lines, from flights to hotels to cars.


You'll be an expert in loyalty marketing, with a passion for delivering market leading customer experiences, an ability to execute cross functionally and with strong commercial skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop the Skyscanner consumer loyalty strategy, defining and gaining alignment on the opportunity areas, working in partnership with our Product teams
  • Provide insight into how loyal our current users are and understand the drivers of ongoing engagement with Skyscanner
  • Set Loyalty business goals, monitor and track performance against
  • In collaboration with our Product teams, develop the propositions and experiences that create compelling reasons to engage directly in a relationship with Skyscanner
  • Work in partnership with our Product teams to agree the loyalty and deals roadmap and approach to delivery
  • Build our loyalty offering and capabilities in a way that can be leveraged by all marketing channels and integrate our loyalty offering into our communications
  • Create a framework for assessing loyalty investment decisions and optimise loyalty pricing levers through test and learn
Skills and experience required

  • Experienced Marketing leader, with specific expertise in loyalty marketing and consumer proposition development in a fastmoving tech company
  • Expert in setting and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty, with track record of driving short and long term financial upside
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, influence and drive change across organisations at all levels
  • Experienced in leading and inspiring teams (direct reports and virtual teams)
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems and thinking creatively
  • Ability to execute at pace, through partnership and collaboration
  • Skilled at interpreting data and research to inform proposition and messaging development
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience of understanding long term customer value and trading off investment decisions
  • Experience working in Product Management is desirable
