You will set up and lead a global expert advisory group on health equity and work collaboratively to change and implement policies, laws, systems, environments, and practices to reduce inequities for patients across AstraZeneca's priority therapeutic areas.
-
Measure and report impact, shape ESG: Under your leadership, you and your team will report on progress in realising AstraZeneca's HE ambition and strategy. You will work with internal and external partners (e.g. expert advisory group, ESG auditors) to establish relevant performance metrics across AstraZeneca and periodically report progress (e.g. annual report, sustainability report, quarterly results, investor calls). You will work with different leadership teams and Board committees to report on progress and impact on AstraZeneca business, reputation and employee experience. You will also be accountable for ATMi reporting and scores, and other relevant sustainability benchmarks, and contribute to advancing their methodologies in areas of access, pricing and health equity.
