- Representing our client's products and services to customers
- Being the primary point of contact for customers from the Middle East market
- Supporting the development of the Customer Interaction Center through the introduction of your ideas
- Utilizing your communication skills to assist customers with a wide range of inquiries
- Ensuring customers have a positive experience that aligns with our client's quality standards
Requirements: - Native-level fluency in Arabic, along with a proficient level of English, and French language is a plus.
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and effectively handle their emotions
Benefits: - Competitive salary: €26.000 of base salary and €2.000 of benefits
