- Gestión de los servicios responsabilidad del área incluyendo observabilidad, operación, administración y soporte técnico parar asegurar la disponibilidad y los tiempos de respuesta, así como realizar el diseño y configuración asociado a las infraestructuras nuevas.
- Gestión proactiva de incidentes (Incident handling): análisis de logs, auditorias, observabilidad.
- Potenciar la seguridad del entorno de Colaboración frente a amenazas internas/externas.
- Realizar el seguimiento diario de los sistemas en producción, incluyendo peticiones de cambio, incidentes y documentar los problemas e incidencias asegurando y comunicando su resolución de forma adecuada
- Colaborar en el desarrollo de nuevos servicios e implantación de tecnologías emergentes, así como en el análisis del rendimiento y calidad de los nuevos sistemas a implantar aportando alternativas y mejoras a los sistemas actuales mediante el intercambio de ideas con especialistas internos y externos.
- Realizar los planes de contingencia de recursos operativos y garantizar su cumplimiento.
- Interaccionar con las diferentes áreas de la compañía para comprender los requisitos que debe satisfacer las soluciones y servicios a entregar.
- Liderar Planes de Mantenimiento y Proyectos Evolutivos asociados al servicio.
- Coordinación técnica de proyectos y supervisión de tareas del equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos técnicos y la elaboración en plazos y máxima calidad de la documentación asociada al proyecto
- Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones/Informática o equivalente.
- Fuertes conocimientos técnicos en el área de servicios de Colaboración: Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI y Power Apps.
- Conocimientos de ciberseguridad asociada a la Colaboración.
- Coordinador de equipos de perfil técnico.
- Fuerte conocimiento de metodologías LEAN, AGILE, DevOps.
- Experiencia en gestión de proveedores, servicios y equipos de desarrollo.
- Visión global y capacidad de relación e interlocución con distintas áreas corporativas y de negocio.
- Certificaciones en tecnologías de Microsoft.
- Conocimiento de IA generativa.
- Se valorará experiencia profesional previa en el sector de servicios TIC, focalizado en servicios de Colaboración.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
La vacante se encuadra en la Dirección de Servicios TI y Digital, en el área de Atención a Usuarios y Workplace. Como miembro de esta área, formarás parte del equipo encargado de mantener las infraestructuras asociadas a la Colaboración de Repsol, participando activamente en el diseño, planificación y despliegue de proyectos asociados a esta área en colaboración con las distintas áreas de la D. CIO/CDO.
Dentro de la transformación de servicios de TID en la que nos encontramos inmersos, estamos cambiando la forma en la que operamos la infraestructura y entregamos servicios a nuestros clientes, poniendo mucho foco en la automatización, la seguridad y la utilización de APIs.
El puesto tiene su ubicación en Méndez Álvaro (Madrid) y tu actividad se centrará en la gestión completa del ciclo de vida de las infraestructuras de Colaboración, muy focalizadas en Microsoft 365 y su ecosistema asociado. Adquirirás un conocimiento profundo en estas tecnologías en un contexto de empresa multinacional amplio y, además desarrollarás tus capacidades de organización, gestión de personas y planificación.
