Main responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Commercial Excellence to execute market research and customer interviews to inform Brand Planning.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competency information using CLM data and others, to better understand the market and segment customers.
  • Support Marketing colleagues in the development of the strategic Brand Plan.
  • Review all Brand Team materials to ensure alignment and consistency with branding.
  • Lead implementation of Marketingled initiatives, including:
  • Creation of interactive content for CLM, leading continual customisation for individual customers.
  • Managing partner agencies and providers to deliver appropriate campaign content.
  • Holistic, patientfocussed solutions.
  • Multichannel and digital campaigns.
  • Multistakeholder initiatives.
  • Support IFT in their tactical execution.
  • Regularly monitor use and effectiveness of in field materials and propose improvements to Marketing & IFT colleagues.
  • Support assessment of potential nontraditional partnerships; manage collaborations where required.
  • Support marketing team in forecasting, KPI monitoring and budget tracking as appropriate.
  • Operate within the guidance of all appropriate division and statutory business and regulatory requirements, including Ethics, Compliance and Code of Business conduct procedures and protocols.

Requisitos

Qualifications:

List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant marketing experience, ideally a diverse blend of healthcare and other industries and functions, including sales experience in any industry.
  • Understands the market, range of customer and stakeholder needs as well as issues related to the therapy area, the healthcare environment and evolving landscape.
  • Digital knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures.
  • Effectively manages projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of marketingled initiatives.
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing (for all nonEnglish speaking countries)
  • Preferred:
  • Master's degree and/or specific marketing qualifications
Key Stakeholders

Internal:
Brand Team Leader, Brand Team Members, Area Marketing, and In-Field Teams.

External:
Patients, Healthcare Providers, Key Opinion Leaders, Payers, Agencies, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
