The position


As
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will be responsible for developing, conducting, and implementing People and Organisation (P&O) processes and initiatives.


You will be dedicated to one growing business area named 'Clinical Development Centre (CDC)' formed by employees based across three countries (Spain, France, and Portugal) so you will be key in promoting the collaboration between the adjacent affiliates and the department in all HR topics.

You will support the CDC leaders in building high performing teams ready to achieve sustainable business goals.

With that ambition, you will act as a 'change agent' inspiring the teams to embrace new ways of working and to optimise processes and structures.


Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Become a
    trusted advisor for CDC employees in all People and Organisation (P&O) related issues.
  • Coach the department Leaders on the definition and implementation of
    People Strategy supporting them to define aspirational goals and make progress on people management key processes.

Drive annual P&O processes in the area: organisational development, resource planning and administration, competency development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

  • Support teams in the consolidation of an agile mindset and a culture based on
    continuous improvement

  • In collaboration with leaders, support a
    sustainable pay philosophy to ensure adherence to company policy with regards to competitive pay positioning, trends, practices, legal framework, costs, fairness, transparency, and consistency on his/her area.

Collaborate with other P&O members and cross-functional departments to assure financial alignment of resourcing plan, effective onboardings and trainings, talent attraction


Qualifications


You have at least 5 years of relevant Human Resources gained from complex international companies and including experience partnering with business leaders.


  • Proven track record as an HR specialist with involvement in organization design and development, change management, employee relations, sustainable compensation, and facilitation skills. Also working knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change initiatives in a matrix structure, ideally with international scope.
  • Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills adapting to different audiences.
  • Proactivity, positivity, cando attitude, flexibility, and open mind are key to success in the role.
  • Excellent command over both written and spoken Spanish and English.

About the Department


You will be part of a dedicated P&O team which works towards enabling success for the business with the vision of being a proactive, trusted partner providing business value through solutions that are innovative.

You will support our growing business area CDC with employyes based across Spain, France and Portugal.

Under this role, you will report to the P&O Sr Director of Novo Nordisk Spain while working in close collaboration with the P&O teams of Portugal and France with the aim of encouraging synergies, promote common projects and stablish a common direction for the teams.
