Position Summary:


We are growing We are looking for a top-performing Head of Commercials to deliver the best-in-class performance and achieve and exceed financial targets for the main categories: SALES & RENT.


More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the Sales department and for determining annual gross profit plans by implementing suitable commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
  • Strategically Manage the distribution of incoming leads across the team and manage key VIP client relationships (new and existing)
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships without crucial clients, partners and owners.
  • Be handson and ready to directly manage VIP clients, from incoming leads to relationship building, the search, the visits, and the final closing.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects. Budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to readjust spending /costing according to market changes.
  • Be the VDB CRM CHAMPION for the commercial department and beyond by proficiently analyzing data, building reports & providing strategic recommendations based on data & market trends. VDB is a datadriven company that entirely relies on automation as a critical differentiator, and we entirely rely on you educating the team to a CRMdriven mindset.
  • Monitor the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for seniors. Management. Develop methods and control systems that support the overall organization's strategy & goals.
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate with diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure complete alignment with the strategy and company results. Contribute to a team effort to achieve the organization's targets and generate profit.
  • Collaborate with senior & middle management levels to set revenue goals & company strategy, as well as implement a sales plan to drive revenue growth. You will lead the weekly Sales & Operations meeting to enable our Operation & Strategy department to update the internal KPIs and have a realtime picture of the business performance.
  • Maintain and enhance staff performance by selecting, orienting & training employees. As well as counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, coaching, and appraising teams' job results.
  • Report critical operational issues to the CEO by proposing & providing different solutions.
