Position Summary:


We are growing We are looking for an office manager to keep the office running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial, buying, and managerial tasks.

Ensuring that the office is running effectively on a day-to-day basis.


In your role, you will be working closely with the Head of Creative and Luxury to administrate and coordinate the buying process for several Interior Design Project Collaborations.

Making sure the office is up to date on all buying needs and administrative tasks. Along with being a floating administrative support to the team.


You will be in a fast-paced environment; you are not scared to jump in on essential work for clients, being hands on any obstacle that requires your assistance.


More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings.
  • Ownership of company projects.
  • Providing realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Generate reports, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Managing office Operations, welcoming clients, and keeping the office tidy and live.
  • Ensuring ontime office replenishment of office equipment and refreshment, managing our cleaner schedule, and organizing the works and the process around the office living space.
  • In charge of our Luxury Hub Location and the execution of the event's organization.

Job Skills & Qualifications:


  • Required_
  • Office Management skills demonstrated through previous experience.
  • Excellent in Multitasking.
  • Comfortable handling and working with confidential financial information.
  • Hard worker, proactive.
  • Mindset: Solution oriented (don't take no for an answer), accountable, adaptable, curious, customer centric, sense of urgency
  • Competency in microsoft excel, powerpoint and/or google suite equivalent. Excellence in powerpoint.
  • Outofthebox thinker and not shy to dare.
  • Outgoing personality and flexible to jump outside her/his competencies when needed
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and google suite equivalent. Comfortable with the use of online tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Detailedoriented & organized while being able to think outside the box.
  • Strong team player and collaborator. Capacity to coordinate under short and stressful deadlines and situations.
  • Flexible mindset, able to adapt to changing priorities and information.
  • Fluent English is a must; conversational Spanish; other languages are a plus.
