Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team.

You will be assisting the Performance Marketing Manager and the Head of Creative in ideating and developing strategies for various projects.

Besides, helping the brand boost its outreach efforts you will also be a part of generating catchy content for brochures, social media, mailers, and all VDB creative projects.


Apart from supporting creative marketing ideas, you should also be able to maintain an accurate record of all on-going and past projects.

In addition to your creative outlook, we are also looking for your ability to create the brand's social media presence and contribute to the brand evolving its digital presence.


More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:

  • Supporting all creative marketing activities across channels such as Paid Search and Paid Social and working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Develop all creative campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic toward our platforms.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues to gain a deep understanding of our customer segments across profiles and geographies, constantly incorporating customer insights into your digital marketing strategy and optimization.
  • You will support our Head of Creative and Branding to develop and leverage engaging content in pursuit of continuous innovation in your lead generation activities.
  • Beyond a strong creative focus, you will have an acute focus on the competition and innovative real estate companies worldwide to stimulate your lead generation content.
  • Support website look and feel and content engagement with the target to increase conversion rate and time to site.
  • SEO: support execution by content creation following SEO technical guidelines and collaborating with the Performance Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Social media: supporting ads creation and content for organic and paid social strategy.
  • Dashboard creation support and KPIs tracking to the Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinating Copywriting for all creative projects.
  • Ideating content for marketing and promotional activities including supporting materials like brochures, social media posts, and short videos.
  • Coordinating with Marketing managers to determine the project needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Planning engaging content for both internal and external use.
  • Communicating market needs and the brand's vision to the Head of Creative to help generate attractive content.
  • Preparing and maintaining a detailed record of all marketing projects.
  • Recommending ideas for brand building.
  • Suggesting changes/improvements to content, the appearance of the company's website, and social media platforms.
  • Developing strategies for various projects.

Luxury Hub:

with ID project and coordinate all projects with LUV, ensure on-time delivery and quality of the deliverables, aligned to our company targets.


  • Support to monetising the Luxury

HUB:

renting out space, creating a workspace for clients and collaboration, and coming up with new ideas to exploit the space at the max.


  • PRs and events assistance and administrative support.
  • Responsible for daytoday management support of the HUB.
