We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key projects, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

Role & responsibilities:

• Represent QURECA with potential clients.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure a strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Desired Profile:

• Experience in industry
• Self-confident, and able to communicate with different audiences
• Demonstrated leadership and interest in Quantum Technologies
• Background in technology (Physics, Engineering)
• Interest in education, and committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Proven working experience as a project manager
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project management tools
