Miguel Galatas Perez-Juez

I am a management graduate from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. My academic interests are varied as I am concentrating in Operations Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In addition, I am also seeking a history minor in the College of Arts and Sciences. This is due to my belief that a predominantly technical major should be complemented with abstract and critical thinking.

• Collaborated in the reorganization of commercial operations, including creating and evaluating business reports.
• Developed CRM to allow a more efficient sales process.
• Operated inside a multicultural and geographically dispersed team, improving online communication abilities.

Operations Intern | MICROWD Madrid, ESP                                                                            September 2020 – January 2021 

• Worked in the Operations Department of the fintech start-up to assess and improve the return of future investment funds.
• Through statistical formulations tried to compile mathematical models for micro-lending that would best benefit all stakeholders (women entrepreneurs, investors, and the firm).
