    ¿Qué buscamos?

    El propósito de esta función es apoyar al equipo de adquisición de talento para atraer, comprometer y contratar a los mejores talentos en la organización. Se trata de una función de prestación de servicios en estrecha colaboración con los directores de contratación, los entrevistadores, los candidatos, los reclutadores y otras partes interesadas para ayudar a garantizar una experiencia excepcional al candidato. Esta función se centra principalmente en la comunicación con los candidatos, la gestión de los candidatos y el servicio al cliente.

  • Experiencia de 1-2 años de experiencia en funciones similares.
  • Inglés fluido y otro idioma será valorable.
  • Experiencia con el manejo de herramientas de selección (Linkedin Recruiter, búsqueda booleana, criba de CV ́s en distintos AT ́s)
  • Experiencia gestionando múltiples procesos de selección simultáneamente.
  • Experiencia en proyectos internos de la compañíaResponsabilidades:
  • Coordina con el equipo de entrevistas para programar entrevistas.
  • Gestión del ciclo completo de selección de las distintas necesidades que haya.
  • Como miembro del equipo de RRHH, contribuye activamente con ideas y trabajo en proyectos
  • Gestiona a los candidatos a lo largo del proceso de entrevista hasta su finalización con éxito
  • Publica ofertas de empleo en nuestro sistema de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS) y en portales de empleo externos.
  • Ayuda a gestionar nuestro programa de recomendación de empleados
  • Gestiona las cartas de oferta
