    We are growing very fast, experiencing a diversification of our core activities, and therefore we are looking for a new and talented Senior Innovation Consultant to strengthen our Innovation Consulting practice in Madrid.

    We offer the opportunity to work in a highly talented team, experienced in a wide range of specialities, knowledge and skills, and share a common vision - " Transformation through innovation" - , a high level of expertise and clear entrepreneurial skills.

    As part of an ambitious transformation program, you will take part in a project which encompasses the creation and dynamization of programs and content with a focus on accelerating ideas and projects, training talent and connecting startups and entrepreneurs from an innovation point of view.

    Your Duties & Responsibilities:

    You will support disruptive and challenging projects and assist clients in the transformation, innovation and digitalization of their business . As part of the team, you will have the responsibility to :

    • Contribute to the defin ition of key ideas, concepts, and creative solutions to improve our performance.
    • D esign solutions tailored to the client 's needs and their associated development and implementation plans by the use of innovation, design, entrepreneurship, and digital frameworks (Open Innovation, Venture Building, Intrapreneurship, etc) and change management principles among others.
    • G ain an understanding of venture studio and venture creation and development.
    • E xecute and monitor the performance of projects
    • E nsure the achievement of established objectives .
    • M anage clients and business development

    Education & Experience:

    • At least 3/4 years of experience in strateg y or innovation or management consulting
    • Pr oven experience in project management and in high-performance team management
    • Strong skills and competencies in entrepreneurship and innovation : frameworks, models, methodologies and tools : business model innovation, design thinking, lean startup, agile...
    • Excellent skills in managing and working in complex environments with multiple, multidisciplinary stakeholders involved in the projects
    • Advanced present ation and communic ation skills
    • Advanced level of English is a must.
    • Plus: Proven experience in venture creati on
