DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an innovation profesional to participate in projects with public, private and multilateral sectors related to open innovation, innovation management systems, change management for innovation, innovation culture, new business models, among others, to perform the following functions:

Development of research on the state of the art of technologies or programs at a national or international level.
Accompany companies in the design of innovation strategies, innovation portfolios and development of products or services based on agile methodologies.
Accompaniment to public and private entities in the development of open innovation activities.
Design of entrepreneurship strategies.
Develop training activities for managers and all levels of public and proven entities in different topics related to innovation.
Accompaniment to startups in the diagnosis and strengthening of capacities.
Design and dynamization of facetoface or virtual workshops and carrying out activities for the socialization of results.
Participation in commercial management by making offers for clients.

REQUISITES

Professional in Economist, Business or Business Administration or Industrial Engineer
Studies in innovation methodologies, SCRUM or related
Preferably with a Master's degree in different related
English: fluency endorsed by certification (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE)

In addition to the above, a person with skills such as the following is sought:

Work under pressure
Flexible to changes, purposeful and that contributes positively to the team's work environment
From 3 to 5 years of experience in projects with the public, private and multilateral sectors, carrying out activities related to change management for innovation, design and implementation of innovation management systems, development of new business models, products and services, open innovation activities (from the identification of challenges to the evaluation of solvers). Knowledge of the country's innovation and public innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, knowledge and having participated in international projects are positively valued.
Experience in design and facilitation of workshops with different interest groups in person and online, Development of virtual and facetoface training activities, development of interviewtype activities and field research activities.
Preferably knowledge of methodologies, systems and tools for data collection, processing and análisis.
