PRODUCT AND INNOVATION CONSULTANT (CAMUNDA EXPERT)
**Job Description

Important innovative and global multinational, with more than 35 years of specialization in multi-risk claims management, located in the north of Madrid, seeks to incorporate a Product Development and Innovation Consultant for its offices in Madrid.

This position is responsible to Kick-Start customer projects in
process engineering, process design, software architecture and software development .


This position will be working with a diverse team of colleagues from all over the world, collaborating in a friendly and agile environment.


In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Through data analysis and business insight, define new business logics to make decisions more flexible, streamline operations and increase quality and/or productivity
  • Design, automate and improve any new business logics & process throughout the organization using digital tools
  • Write reports with the details of the market digital tools
  • Participate in the generation of Product Innovation related to new and disruptive solutions and technologies
  • Serve as an interlocutor of the different areas (Business, IT...) for the development of product
  • Participate in presentations and negotiations
  • Plan and coordinate the launch of new products & projects
  • Develop internal operations and operating manuals

What you'll Need to Succeed:


  • We are looking for mathematicians, programmers, engineers or statisticians
  • Experience in Process Automation (preferably Camunda) and data modelling
  • 2+ years product management experience in a product with focus on cloudnative, distributed systems, performance, resilience, and scalability
  • Bilingual level in English and valuable German
  • Willing to work in a competitive, demanding environment, and with a focus on continuous learning
