    IKEA for Business represents our fastest-growing and most promising sector. Already a multi-billion euro entity for IKEA, this sector is set for substantial expansion in the upcoming years.

    Internationally, we empower other businesses to fulfill their aspirations through our interior design solutions and products. Whether it's a small tech startup, a local restaurant aiming to expand, or a large real estate development firm in need of thousands of kitchens for their upcoming project, we cater to a diverse range of clients.

    The scale and diversity of IKEA for Business are remarkable, and we're seeking an exceptional team to tackle these challenges head-on.

    As a Product Owner for IKEA for Business, you will lead the development and transformation of a specific customer touchpoint in the Business Customer journey. Working closely with a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner, you will bring the area's vision to fruition. Guiding the development team on the next steps and methodologies, while collaborating with our business partners and markets, will be integral to your role.

    Acting as a versatile asset, you will seamlessly navigate between the business and tech realms. Adapting and challenging the roadmap to align with business and user requirements, experimenting with hypotheses and ideas through inventive MVPs, and evaluating feature performance via A/B testing, behavioral data, and KPIs will be part of your responsibilities. Upholding product quality, sharing best practices with other squads, and leveraging data in decision-making complete your role.

    In this capacity, you will report to the Product Manager for IKEA for Business and closely collaborate with a Senior Product Owner within the domain.


    This position is located at our global digital hub in Madrid, Spain.
