Sales & Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing the daily work. And fuel and comply with all Viatris processes to do so.


This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Sales and Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.


Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the area activities
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team in organizing events and meetings
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, "financial" and nonfinancial information
  • Upload and follow contracts in LCM tool for marketing projects
  • Purchase order management
  • Sending materials to managers and delegates for meetings (Rollups, literatures, etc....)
  • Collaborate in the development of sales and marketing materials (contact with agencies, invoices, promotional budget, etc.)

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Skillful with processes and tools
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and power point)
  • Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Internal and external customer orientation
  • Good understanding of office management and sales and marketing principles
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Good level of English (written mainly)
  • Administrative diploma: BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
