The Role & What You Will Be Doing


Reporting to the Global Head of Omnichannel & Customer Engagement you will be able to leverage your own & industry Evidence, Data & Analytics to generate actionable insights & "translate" them to practical recommendations and guidance for the commercial teams & the countries, differentiating real & actionable insights from theoretical mathematical conclusions.

Closely collaborate with the Commercial & Product Analytics Team on building the corporate Analytics capabilities.

Assess current status:
Data and Analytics quality and availability

  • Identify gaps in data & data interfaces affecting our ability to measure performance. Proposes realistic solutions in alignment with GCPA and other key stakeholders
  • Evaluate existing data sources and formats as well as determine main requirements/improvement needs going forward

Planning:
From Insights to Opportunities and Customer-focused, actionable solutions

  • Define the OC analytics roadmap and deliveries for each defined section in time in alignment with the Viatris Commercial & OC strategy (Where will the focus be and What will be available by when?)
  • Discuss, align, and agree this roadmap with all relevant stakeholders. Determine dependencies and shared objectives. Reflect on Strat Plan and Budget processes.

Operating:
Definition of Impact Measurement & KPIs for channels & OC initiatives

  • Enablement, standardization, and deployment of unambiguous and objective measurement for defined OC initiatives across the established "6 Core Channels"
  • Determination of the impact of analog and digital efforts. Establishment of benchmarks and best practices. Use of evidence to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Select suitable analytical and statistical models and translate the results into businessready actionable insights.
  • Recognize opportunities for adhoc analysis to support interim and immediate insights' needs. Collaborate closely with Commercial and Product Analytics, SFE, SFA, IT, and other global, regional, and local stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of our Omnichannel ecosystem

Preparing the future:
Experimentation, Knowledge Generation & Transfer

  • Design and lead execution of POCs / MVP to litmustest early ideas. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to scale POC / MVP solutions
  • Collaborate to determine specific training needs and programs to generate an increasing understanding of Business Performance & intelligence across identified key stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels. Transfer specific knowledge and key principles to relevant commercial team members.
About Your Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in Pharma Industry, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Sales, Commercial Analytics and reporting
  • Experience with commercial analytics infrastructure, platforms and systems. Data lake, CDPs (Commercial data Platform) and front end reporting solutions like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with digital infrastructure, platforms and systems.
  • Understanding of Pharmaceutical sales, medical detailing and pharmacy field forces and selling activities
  • Market channels and customers commercial knowledge
  • Experience within the described professional scope. Commercial/Omnichannel Analytics, digital channels, go to market strategy, customer engagement, field force operations.
  • Experience in understanding data, KPIs and insights and the conversion into concrete measurable actions
  • Experience with all relevant data privacy regulatory and compliance aspects within the omnichannel / Digital area, sop's, inte
