Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will achieve revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance activities over Honeywell control systems, interacting with customer interactions in a professional manner that is consistent with Honeywell values.
Keep the Honeywell safety culture through demonstrated understanding, commitment and action supporting the organization's safety and environmental requirements/regulations, complying with all legislation.

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements
Focused on Murcia but may support projects outside region. Travel is required to meet customers up to 20%

Direct and End Customers

Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. Other Degrees can also be considered

Work Experience Required

4 years of industry experience with process controls
Experience with teams in industry environment
2 years technical experience with customers
Configuration of Stations and servers, switches, domain controller, networking

Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required

Knowledgeable Programable Controllers.
Knowledgeable SCADA systems, including understanding of various software upgrades.
Knowledgeable Honeywell detailed control systems experience: Experion, TPS, TDC 3000, C300, FSC, SM.
Knowledgeable maintenance tasks over previously mentioned systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent customer handling skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise work
Selfmotivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work with a team
Demonstration on a daily basis of a high level of personal integrity
Demonstration of the Honeywell Behaviours

Language Requirements
English mid-level and fluent in Spanish
