Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance

within Honeywell PMT.
There is an opportunity open to join us in Madrid Spain. You will partner with world

class engineer ́s to design specifications and provide technical leadership, support and

expertise for the project team. One of the tasks is to work closely with Project Managers

to meet technical targets and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will contribute to the designing, engineering, configuring and,

implementing of Control and Safety Systems for new and existing client sites.

Principal Responsibilities

Act as technical interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to

ensure that the technical project requirements are fully defined, agreed and

delivered within schedule and cost constraints.

Act as technical interface to 3rd party suppliers to assure correct functionality of the

3rd party deliverables including the correct integration of those deliverables in

Honeywell systems solutions.

Design, issue project documents, procure Honeywell material and 3rd party goods

and services, test supplied hardware and configuration, ship all goods with relevant

certificates and final documentation.

Ensure that the engineered solution meets project requirements, across all

disciplines, in terms of functionality, Honeywell standard designs & design rules,

quality, and supports documentation and implementation process at minimum cost

by optimizing use of global productivity tools and other Standard Builds

deliverables.

Produce and/or approve functional and detailed design specifications and provide

technical leadership, support and expertise for the project team.

Support site activities, finding the right resources.
Report progress and technical problems and/or changes to project manager.
Monitor and control technical project scope against Project Execution Plan and

Functional & Detailed Design Specifications; ensure effective change control and

identifies risks / opportunities.

Stay up to date with latest technical issues and work around.
Knowledge of Honeywell hardware solutions (Experion, C300 and Safety Manager as

minimum) and typical 3rd party items (marshalling cabinets, power distribution

panels, interposing relay panels, auxiliary consoles, cables, etc.)

Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required
This role will suit a highly motivated person who enjoys working to the highest

standards, in a fast pace technical environment with a variety of technology.

You should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Automation Engineering).
5+ year ́s experience as Lead Engineer of Automation Projects.
Good written and spoken Spanish and English skills.
Background in executing Automation Projects for Oil&Gas or other markets.
Availability to travel in Spain and abroad.
Good Technical Background.
Technical proficiency in the use of Excel, Access and other Microsoft Office tools
