    Talent acquisition and engaging with possible candidates is your specialty? Looking for a job where you can set your own schedule? This might just be the perfect opportunity for you! As a vital member of our team, you will be in charge of establishing a network of sourcing channels and placing global talent for our varied client base in Europe.


    Your Responsibilities:
    • Develop a network of local sourcing channels for candidates seeking job opportunities abroad.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for different international positions, mainly entry-level.
    • Oversee the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific recruitment requirements.
    • Create and execute effective recruitment strategies while managing your Marketing & Sourcing tools budget.
    • Collaborate with the team to exchange insights, strategies, and provide support.

    Requirements to Succeed:

    • Minimum 2 years of B2B experience.
    • Prior experience living abroad (e.g., studies).
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational abilities, creativity, adaptability, and proactivity.
    • Capability to work independently and manage your own timetable.
    • Passion for linking talent with opportunities.
