    Role Description

    We are in search of a dedicated Slovak Speaking Recruiter to join our remote team. In this role, your daily duties will involve connecting with potential candidates online, conducting remote interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. As a work-from-home recruiter, you will also be responsible for posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, and informing successful candidates of their hiring status. With a keen eye for talent, you will be expected to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Slovak and English languages
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

    Recruitment Process

    • Application review: Our recruitment team will review all applications and shortlist candidates based on their skills and experiences.
    • Initial interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial remote interview to further assess their suitability for the role.
    • Task assignment: Candidates who pass the initial interview will be given a task related to the role to evaluate their skills on a practical level.
    • Final interview: Finally, the top candidates will be invited for a final interview with the hiring manager.
