    Role Description

    As a German Speaking Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent across Europe. Your daily duties will include screening candidate resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements. No previous experience is needed as we provide a comprehensive 4-month training program in Athens, post which, the role is fully remote.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in German language
    • Valid European Union passport
    • Willingness to relocate for 4 months of fully paid training in Athens
    • Comfortable with remote work post training
    • Entry-level, no previous experience needed
