    Melià Hotels international está buscando un Guest Service Line para unirse a nuestro equipo en Don Pepe, a Gran Melià Hotel .

    Como integrante del equipo de GEX, tu misión será cumplir con la operativa diaria del departamento, atendiendo todas las solicitudes de los clientes a través de la línea telefónica y comprometiéndose a lograr la excelencia en la satisfacción del cliente. Velar por la experiencia del cliente, personalizando su estancia, anticipándose a sus necesidades y superando sus expectativas, así como informar y ofrecer a los clientes, vía telefónica, servicios y productos acordes a sus preferencias, tanto en el hotel como en el destino, aplicando tecnicas de upselling y crosselling para optimizar los ingresos extras del hotel.

    ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa en hoteles de 5* en puesto similar
  • Formación en Turismo u Hostelería, Marketing o similar.
  • Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión hotelera.
  • Conocimientos de servicio telefónico.
  • Manejo avanzado del Paquete Office
  • Conocimiento de operativa hotelera.
  • Vocación de servicio.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Habilidades comunicativas, de organización y planificación.
  • Habilidades resolutivas y Atención a los detalles.
  • Dominio imprescindible del inglés y muy valorable un segundo idioma.
  • Residencia en la zona de influencia (Marbella)
