Vodafone Group is launching its new technological HUB, an international center of excellence dedicated to research and development of technical solutions, such as Secure Networks, 5G and 6G development, Open RAN, IoT, MPN & MEC and UCC for Vodafone Business, platforms and enterprise solutions.

The Service Designer MSH has the following responsibilities:
Ensuring that the e2e solutions include service functions which are automated (e.g. API provisioning) and self-serviceable as much as possible
Creation of the Service Design Specification documents, adhering to the E2E industrialization framework and standards, for industrializing the E2E solutions for various market deployments
Cooperate with and coordinate different departments of the company (e.g. customer and product lines of Marketing Dept Commercial/Legal Dept., Product lines of Customer Service Dept., Support centre etc.) and get necessary support and acceptance of the service solution proposals.
Leading all activities associated with the planning, feasibility determination and scoping of standard and market-specific service solutions


What you bring?
Proven knowledge of customer lifecycle design (sell, build, run) as well as a good understanding of impacts to underlying technology and support systems
Strong e2e understanding of the service design from Sell, Build and Run including expertise in operational processes and systems in the Enterprise Services domain
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to adjust own style to suit audience and achieve objectives
