    What We Need
    We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Within the IT Delivery area, you will be responsible for coordinating ongoing projects related to Data.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    - Development and implementation of Data Policies.
    - Security and Compliance.
    - Master Data and Metadata.
    - Data Quality Management.
    - Risk Evaluation and Mitigation.
    - Training and Development.
    - Reporting.
    - Innovation and Continuous Improvement.

    What We Value
    We seek a Project Management profile with demonstrated knowledge in Data Governance and Data Analytics.

    Technical Skills Required

    Data Management:
    - Data management administration and strategies. Knowledge of architecture and modeling.

    Data Governance:
    - Governance policies and standards. Roles and responsibilities. Familiarity with frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK, etc.

    Data Security:
    - Understanding of security and privacy principles, access controls, or data anonymization.
    Tools and Technology:
    - Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, BI, SQL, APIs).

    Management Skills:

    Project Management:
    - Knowledge of different methodologies.

    Communication and Collaboration:
    - Effective communication skills with stakeholders. Collaboration with various departments (Finance, Marketing, HR, Business, etc).

    Analytics and Problem-Solving:
    - Analytical skills from a critical decision-making perspective.

    Creative Problem-Solving Ability
    Change Management:
    - Ability to promote a new culture within the organization.
