About the role:


The
Sales Support Specialist shall provide the first level of interface with a defined set of Kerry Customers, as well as supporting specific account Managers on key defined tasks.

They will be responsible for ensuring customers are dealt with in an efficient, timely manner ensuring a best-in-class commercial support for the Sales organisation.

So what will I be doing?:

  • You'll be responsible for utilizing Kerry System's (SFDC) on behalf of Customer Portfolio:
  • You'll create opportunities, call reports, samples, tech/regulatory docs, quotes etc.
  • You'll ensure opportunities and all customer information are up to date.
  • You'll enter pricing request in the current system (SFDC) for customer base and occasionally on behalf of the Sales Team. Issuing price quotes and follow up to understand if accepted or rejected and reflecting in systems. Support the Mainland Sales/Finance team with preparation, issuing and progress of annual price letters.
  • You'll be a sales link to customer care in Naas for base of customers, ensuring full knowledge of key customer issues and actions.
  • You'll ensure any orders that are directly received from customers are passed to Customer care for processing
  • You'll provide Sales Support for defined strategic accounts and direct Manager.
  • You'll support the Account Mangers on customer presentations and site visits and dd hoc sales support as required by Managers

What do I need to be successful?:

In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in Sales support.


These include:

  • Strong project management Skills
-
Previous experience working cross functionally - particularly Sales, RDA, Customer Care:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
English and French are mandatory:

  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • SAP (would be an asset)
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with strong focus on rigorous execution.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
