About the role:


Are you looking for a career in HR in a sustainable, forward-thinking business?


If so we have a fantastic opportunity to join our HR team in Spain as an
HR Administrator to join us on a 9 month project to support on a number of tasks including contract preparation, preparing offer letters, looking at time and attendance and working with our Global Business Services team.


This is a varied role where you will have exposure to the wider business and work collaboratively with other teams and departments.


Key responsibilities:


  • Support employees and line managers on HR topics and be the main point of contact for any queries
  • Manage all HR administrative processes and documents during the employee lifecycle
  • Manage and provide accurate information to the payroll supplier
  • Manage the time and attendance system
  • File and keep employee records
  • Prepare presentations and slides
  • Manage employee benefits such as meal vouchers, insurances etc
  • Provide statistics and any other information required for an analysis purpose
  • Support to document all the HR department processes
  • Work closely with the Global Business Services team
  • Keep the HR systems up to date

What do I need to be successful?:

In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in an HR environment.


These include:


  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Evidence of strong commitment, ownership, integrity and flexibility
  • Ability to anticipate change
  • Ability to influence critical changes with a positive thinking attitude
  • Fluent in Italian and Spanish with communication skills in English
  • Experience managing different Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Used to working in a multinational environment and matrix structure
