    Importante compañía multinacional del sector de la intralogística, ubicada en la provincia de Barcelona, busca incorporar para sus oficinas centrales, la posición de Web Analyst Specialist.

    Las principales funciones que va a desempeñar son las siguientes:

    • Facilitar tanto al equipo interno como al resto del equipo Online Marketing la información necesaria para tomar decisiones de negocio fundamentadas en datos empíricos
    • Desarrollar y ejecutar las Best Practices de la estrategia de analítica web. Recomendar e implementar todas las funcionalidades necesarias para ello
    • Trabajar con el resto del equipo y el responsable de Marketing para definir y desarrollar los KPI y todas las métricas necesarias para la toma de decisiones. Supervisar el reporting de las métricas que se realiza semanal, mensual y anualmente a Dirección
    • Ayudar con datos analíticos en la optimización de los ratios de conversión, embudos, tasas de rebote, etc. Así como definir y ejecutar los test A/B
    • Relacionarse con los grupos internos involucrados, tanto Marketing como Desarrollo, para asegurar la consistencia de la metodología del uso de los marcadores en todas las sites y páginas. Implementación de GTM
    • Parametrizar, gestionar y mantener las cuentas de Google Analytics, QlikView, Data Studio y otras herramientas de medición
    • Proporcionar reportes a medida en campañas específicas
    • Ofrecer recomendaciones reales y válidas con el objetivo de educar al equipo y la Organización, involucrándose para conseguir los objetivos comunes de negocio

    Buscamos una persona con formación en matemáticas, ingeniería, marketing, administración de empresas o estudios similares coincidentes con las funciones del puesto.

    La experiencia requerida para la posición será de más de 2 años de experiencia demostrable y exitosa en analítica web.

    Más de 2 años utilizando funcionalidades avanzadas de Microsoft Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas, macros, fórmulas...

    Buscamos una figura que tenga excelentes dotes analíticas y de resolución de problemas con experiencia real utilizando aplicaciones de analítica web (Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible, Omniture, WebTrends...).

    Extraordinarias habilidades demostrables en estadística analítica, con experiencia utilizando archivos detallados de datos para responder dudas, resolver hipótesis y solucionar problemas.

    Habilidades técnicas demostrables tanto en ejecución (Excel, Access, BI, macros, análisis estadístico...) como en definición de hipótesis, variables, metodologías, etc.

    Que sea una persona creativa y resolutiva.

    Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, empatizando con los diferentes perfiles de la Organización, tanto técnicos como de negocio.

    Con capacidad para trabajar en equipo en un entorno multidisciplinar.

    La persona escogida deberá aportar conocimientos sólidos de online media, mejoras web, Search Engine Marketing, tendencias de la industria digital, actualizaciones SEO y SEM, así como un nivel avanzado de inglés, excelencia en Google Analytics, experiencia con herramientas BI, experiencia en la optimización, realización y seguimiento de test A/B y experiencia y conocimientos de JavaScript, HTML y Phyton.
